Alive Docs is an online service in the cloud which provides a powerful new way of viewing and distributing documents and information any-place any-time utilizing the power of Microsoft Office in combination with other online services.
Users access Alive Docs by logging in to the Alive Docs Explorer which is available anywhere a standard web browser is available.
Inside Alive Docs Explorer users can upload their Word, Excel, and PDF documents. Once the documents are there, they can then be quickly viewed directly in the browser from anywhere without needing to open any other programs. The documents can then be sent (including mail merge) to others via email or post. See the Intro Video.
Through Alive Doc’s real-time rendering capabilities, real-time data can be merged into document or spreadsheet fields or cells at the time of viewing or sending. This leads to a multitude of scenarios where Alive Docs can be used as the solution.
