Alive Docs can be used as a work-flow center for filing, managing, and tracking documents that have been sent out by email or post.
Users can quickly find all documents sent out by date, person, company, or document type.
In the future, people receiving documents will also be able to view them as received documents in Alive Docs and add notes and queries which can be viewed and responded to by the sender.
